Being a client of the bank since 2010. Everything is fine. The service is excellent. A convenient mobile application. There aren't enough ATMs, but for me it doesn't matter. I rarely use cash, and the card is accepted for payment almost everywhere.
An excellent bank, I have been using it for many years, they work quickly, they also answer calls very quickly, they will tell and show everything thoroughly, they are no worse than other banks
I didn't like it. Huge queues, long service. There are not enough places to sit down and wait. The currency exchange took 5 minutes, waiting 1 hour 15 minutes, standing, in winter outerwear in a hot room. Never to this department again.
