There were extremely negative impressions. I was forced to abandon the services of this service station at the stage of discussing the necessary repairs. I came to make a camber-convergence on the front axle, as a result, almost all suspension parts were sentenced to be replaced, front and rear. In an aggressive manner, in raised tones, they tried to sell me as many unnecessary services as possible. Either you were unlucky with the receptionist, or all the managers there are trained to take as much money as possible from the client.
P.S. I drove to another service station. Their verdict is suspension, ideally.

I arrived a little earlier on the day of the repair, but I was able to receive it without waiting. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
The cost of the work could be 15-20% lower, but it suited me.
