Great location. All the sights are nearby. Friendly staff. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need. Quite normal beds with clean linen, bedside tables, table, TV, refrigerator. By the way, there are enough hangers in the closet! Maybe we were lucky, but we couldn't hear the neighbors.
The disadvantages include a shower stall with a curtain - it is not very convenient. But there was always hot water.
The pool did not work during our stay, but we were warned about this in advance.
The breakfasts are delicious, the dishes are replenished quickly. But it is necessary to adjust the time, because excursions start at 8 and 9 in the morning and sometimes there are queues, or it is difficult to find a free table.
There is a panoramic restaurant on the 22nd floor. Delicious, beautiful, reasonable prices.
I recommend staying at this hotel.
The hotel is located in the center, next to the historical center, shopping center, chic park. It is very convenient that there is an ATM inside at the entrance, from which you can withdraw cash Belarusian rubles from the mir card. There is also a bar, a restaurant, a cafe, a pharmacy and a shop with souvenirs and groceries, by the way, the prices for groceries and alcohol are the same as in the supermarket. There are 6 elevators, but sometimes it is difficult to get into them because of "traffic jams". The rooms are small in size, but everything is clean. The windows open only at an angle, which, in the absence of air conditioning in some rooms, forces the door to be slightly opened for ventilation. The room has a refrigerator, TV and hairdryer, slippers, shower and hand gel, extra. There is no blanket, kettle or iron. There is a cooler on the floor where you can get water. Breakfast is a separate story: the food is delicious, quite varied, I really liked it, BUT... The queue is 50m to the elevators due to the fact that the vacationers themselves, instead of going in and taking a table, and then calmly coming up and picking up food, form a queue along the distribution tables from the entrance, respectively, there are slow comrades who do not know what to choose.. At the same time, unfortunately, the administration is not doing anything to fix this. I understand that this influx of tourists is due to the fact that 5-6 buses depart at once for excursions at the same time and all meet for breakfast, but there are many ways to avoid such traffic jams. This includes the arrangement of distribution tables and administration, tourists also need to be taught, we ourselves are kind of stupid. Overall, I liked it, despite some shortcomings, the impression of Belarus and the advantages of the hotel created an overall positive feeling from visiting this hotel!
July 2024
The hotel, in general, is not bad. Unobtrusive staff, clean, cozy. We had a double room - it was a little cramped for 2 adults and a small child (if you spread out an extra place (armchair-bed)), then there was nowhere to step. Daily room cleaning, change of towels, cooler on the floor, small refrigerator is present.
Of the cons:
1. The lack of air conditioning in the room is a real problem. At 27 degrees in the afternoon, suffocate. It's also a pleasure to sleep at night…
2. The hair dryers are very weak - neither dry nor fit. We tried it once and didn't try again. 🫣
3. We chose a hotel with a swimming pool. As a result, they broke off abruptly with him. It turned out that the pool was not working from July 1 to July 31. So when booking, be sure to check whether the pool will be open on your arrival dates.
I liked the city of Minsk very much, I recommend it
A great hotel. Away from the project. There are rooms with a wonderful view of the Svisloch River. There is a spacious bathroom, everything you need in the room, except for bathrobes. There is a cooler on the floor. A cafe serving a buffet on the 1st floor. The buffet line is not designed for simultaneous visits by a large number of visitors. So it's better to choose the earliest hour (we had 6.45 and 6.30) who is able to eat at such an early hour, or by the end (10.00-10.30). Although I think that such a problem arises only with a large influx of groups of children accompanied by their parents. The buffet itself is varied, and the concept of breakfast does not exclude meat with a side dish, although there are also traditional fried eggs, sausages, sliced. Lots of salads. There are, of course, traditional breakfasts for many in the form of porridge, cereals, yogurt. Pastries for tea and coffee are modest, but there are several types.
We stayed at this hotel in July 2024 and booked a family room. The room is ideal in terms of location, equipment, number of rooms, it was very comfortable to live, the beds were excellent, the renovation was bright, the room was quite clean (garbage forgotten by past residents was still found under the beds and in the cabinets), but overall not bad. Of the disadvantages: the water did not leave the shower, it floated up with the garbage. We had a crying breakfast, there is a high chair for small children in the dining room (one for the whole hall, we were lucky, by our breakfast the previous user of the high chair had already finished eating), very varied and delicious food, there is just everything. In general, a great hotel, if we come to Minsk again, I will try to book it again))
A good hotel, everything is clean, towels are changed every day, there is everything for living, comfortable beds, snow-white linen, there is an ironing room on the 16th floor, breakfasts were very pleased with everything there, everything is fresh, if it ends immediately, they inform, there is a shop at the hotel, prices do not break, the pool was closed for prevention, and so I really liked everything, only some girls at the reception were upset, the child broke the electronic card from the room, came to find out how much the fine was, they answered it was okay, the next day they broke another one, went back to the reception they said they were paid, they would have to pay, for h
A great hotel for tourists!
The rooms are rated at 4 and 5 stars. I had a single room on the 20th floor, the view of the city is amazing! The room has a wonderful renovation, a new clean bathroom, a bed and a small sofa, a large TV works perfectly. If they had removed the unnecessary old dirty carpet in the middle of the room, then 5 stars without comments. Room cleaning without fanaticism. But if you put up a sign to clean the room, they will clean it. Very nice girls at the reception.
6 elevators work perfectly, you can get to the 20th floor very quickly.
Great food for breakfast! There are so many of them in the dining room that they are 5 stars again! Like in Turkey! There are 4 coffee machines, a huge table with pastries, fruits, juices, hot chicken, cutlets, amazing fried potatoes, omelets, sliced and much more. Unfortunately, tourists 50+ are queuing up at the entrance for some reason. Go around this queue, give your number to the receptionist, take a table, grab a coffee and go for food from the other side. The food is amazing! It's different every day. The service in the dining room is excellent!
As for the rooms, the windows do not open, as there are many floors. Unfortunately, not all rooms have air conditioning. This is relevant in the summer. I had air conditioning and I had a great rest.
The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park, near the river, in the evening and in the morning everyone walks there. The hotel is located in the center of Minsk. It takes 5 minutes to get to the center by taxi. Or walk through the park, take a bus and through 2 stops to the very center. Or just walk through the park, then along the embankment for 20 minutes to the center with Cathedral square.
This is my first time in Belarus, and I really liked everything at the hotel. Very beautiful views, clean, delicious food and comfortable. The staff is very polite. Everything is fine, I recommend the hotel!
A great place to relax. The rooms are small but cozy. The plumbing is clean, everything works. Gel and shampoo are always in sufficient quantity, towels and bed linen are snow-white. It is very convenient to get to any point in Minsk, because there is a metro nearby, and walking is just a pleasure. The girls at the reception were very lively and scattered all over the rooms, they solved all the issues very quickly, well done). The accommodation included breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 22nd floor. I didn't like it. A very boring buffet. The porridge was only cold once. Coffee is available separately for a fee, and what is free is bags, as in the Stone Age. I would like to contact the administration: "What time do you live? People want comfort." A swimming pool or a water park: set a time to visit during the races of the teams, then there will be no pandemonium and swearing. Another huge plus is the security service! We were always ready to help, to suggest!
A nice big hotel with a very good location. There is a large hall, on the same floor there is a shop and a pharmacy. There is a swimming pool and a SPA, but it was not possible to visit, there just wasn't enough time. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor according to the buffet system, very varied. It's just not realistic to try anything. There are coffee machines. Since a large number of tour groups stop at the hotel, which depart at the same time, queues for food are periodically formed. The room is not big, but it is comfortable enough. There is everything you need except air conditioning. In the heat, when it was over 30 degrees outside, it was stuffy to sleep. And another disadvantage is the light in the corridor, which was turned on at night from the motion sensor. Otherwise, I liked everything, the staff is polite and helpful, I would love to stay here again.
A very good three-bedroom apartment with a convenient location in the center. It is possible to rent a room with single beds. The beds are wide, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The water is hot without interruption. Delicious and varied breakfasts, there is a water cooler on the floor. If you need a kettle, it's better to bring it with you. There is a panoramic restaurant on the 22nd floor. There is a magnificent observation deck on the roof of the building, you can visit it for an additional fee - take a separate elevator with glass walls every 30 minutes, pay at the reception. Within walking distance of the tourist center, the Bolshoi Theater, many different beautiful walking places and a grocery hypermarket.
The hotel is located near the city center. Near the museum of the history of the Second World War and a large park. There are many cafes and shopping centers nearby. The hotel has 22 floors. On the latter there is a restaurant with a panoramic view of the city. It is quite tasty and inexpensive, but it is better to book places in advance, at the end of the week banquets and weddings are often held there. The rooms are small, the audibility is good. Breakfast is a buffet, the menu is quite standard, without frills. Different excursions are often conducted from the hotel, so there are usually a lot of people waiting for their bus on the territory (at the entrance). There is a parking lot.
Here are three stars, they are 3, no more. The location is excellent, the room stock of the Soviet era, but clean. The staff is polite and friendly. The organization of a buffet breakfast is right on the spot: the hotel is full, breakfast is from 7 to 10, excursions for all groups start at the same time, and from seven in the morning THERE is a QUEUE AT a SMALL CAFE,!!!! I have not seen queues for breakfast in any hotel in the world, but here it is something terrible, the tail stretches from the dining room to the street. Although there is a bigger restaurant in the hotel. The management does not respond to complaints from guests and staff!! This is hospitality in Belarusian((((
I liked the hotel, the view is gorgeous from the window, although it's autumn outside. Convenient location, very tasty breakfasts (buffet) there were not many visitors in November. The room is clean, everything you need is there. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, but it was not possible to go to it, and they did not say anything about it at the reception when checking in (a small small minus). Nearby there is a casino on the 22nd floor of the hotel, a restaurant, a small grocery store in the building (opening hours 9-21) and prices in the shops are acceptable, you can pay with both a card and cash, plus there is an ATM, you can withdraw money from the mir card without commission)
The hotel is 3 stars. I really liked it . Clean, immaculate linen, decent breakfasts, small rooms, of course, but for 1-2 nights, quite a decent option.
I recommend it! There is a swimming pool. There is a restaurant and a viewing platform upstairs. The only thing is, the T-shirt is missing, but I can't track whether when I was ironing, I left it in the ironing room, or someone whistled from the room. The receptionist did not offer to look at the corridor camera. And because of such a small thing, I did not insist.
A super hotel. Prices are relatively low with good service. The view from the window is amazing - the whole center of Minsk is at a glance. We lived on the 17th floor, it was great.
The hotel has a swimming pool, where you can swim for free for an hour a day. It's really cool to go warm up in the morning before breakfast.
There is a cafe, but we were not there, we took a room without breakfast. We ate in a cafe nearby.
The room itself is clean, well maintained, the bathroom is normal, there is a mini fridge. There is a cooler on the floor.
Definitely worth the money.
Convenient location, city center. A beautiful lobby, restaurants, a shop, an observation deck - I liked everything very much! The staff at the reception are friendly, will help, prompt. The rooms are simple, but everything works, clean. The only thing was that the air conditioning in the room was very lacking.
In general, the best impressions from visiting both the hotel and Minsk in general, a very hospitable city with kind and helpful people!
Thanks! I will definitely come back to you!
I liked the hotel.
It's huge. We lived on the 8th floor. The staff is friendly. Our room was clean, the bed and towels were snow-white. The room has two beds, an armchair, two chairs, a TV, a split system, as well as a hairdryer, shampoo, gel and a shower cap in the bathroom. Since the hotel has 22 floors, you can take a high-speed elevator to the observation deck.
The price of the issue is 7 Belarusian rubles (210rubles). You can climb to the roof of the hotel every half hour. Within 30 minutes, you can take the most beautiful photos of the city from a bird's-eye view. I am attaching a photo. And the food in this hotel is delicious and varied.
There are souvenir shops, a swimming pool and a cafe on the territory of the hotel. In the cafe you can order a small but awesome pizza.
A medium - sized pizza will cost you from 22 to 23 Belarusian rubles
An excellent choice of hotels in the city center. Within walking distance of the metro, shops, attractions. In the hotel itself, you can climb to the observation deck. Breakfast is included in the room rate, as well as access to the pool. Breakfast is a buffet for every taste and any diet. The only drawback is that for two days I have never come across fresh bread. Polite staff, clean and cozy rooms, daily cleaning. The price-quality ratio, in my opinion, corresponds to the level of the hotel. There is a desire to visit Belarus again, and stay in this hotel
Super hotel, I really liked it. The staff is friendly and smiling. We checked in ahead of time, as the room was ready. There is a swimming pool where you can go for a swim in the morning for free, as well as a water slide. The gym can be visited for 120 rubles.)) Breakfasts are generally chic (buffet), varied, delicious (sausages, sausages, fish cutlets, potatoes, porridge, eggs, omelets, salads, vegetables, sweets for tea, coffee, hot milk). Although the juices are from the package, but the orange juice with pulp is very tasty. And the curd casserole is generally chic, I'll come there again for it;) In general, no one will remain hungry, well, except for being picky, but this is not Turkey either! The room is clean, the towels are snow-white, there are disposable slippers. We lived on the 6th floor, the view was beautiful. There is an observation deck, for a fee you can climb up and look at the Svislach River from a bird's eye view))) very beautiful.
We stayed for the first time, early June, asked for a room with a view of the river, a large bed, we got everything) The room is large, bright, with a balcony, the view is beautiful! A comfortable bed, clean, a kettle, some dishes, cups, glasses, plates, there is soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfasts are plentiful, a wide variety of dishes, even fried fish 3 types) 2 types of porridge, boiled eggs, fried eggs and omelets, sliced vegetables, sausages, cheeses, cottage cheese, pancakes with fillings (very tasty) pastries, tea, coffee, milk, juices..
The location of the hotel is ideal for me, there is a park around the hotel, silence, birds are singing, flowers are planted, lime trees bloomed, the smell is wonderful. The bus stop is 10 minutes on foot. The metro is 25 minutes on foot. In summer, it's the best.
We will definitely come back.
The hotel is located on the banks of the Svisloch River, it is pleasant to walk along the embankment. There is parking, we could always find a place (September). I didn't take a photo of the room, it corresponds to the site. We booked a twin standard. We wrote in advance to the hotel a wish to check in on a high floor and our request was fulfilled, they settled on 19. It's a pity that it overlooks the city and not the river, but it's also good. The room is simple, but clean. There is no tea station, there is water in the cooler on the floor. The bathroom is shared, it has: t/ paper, shampoo + gel in a wall dispenser, next to the washbasin in the same liquid soap, cotton pads, disposable caps. There are disposable slippers. I didn't like the gloomy floor corridors with motion sensors that didn't work immediately))) We were pleasantly surprised that we stopped by for only 4 days / 3 nights, and after 2 days we had our bed linen changed. The breakfasts are not bad, but a little expensive. There is a panoramic elevator, which was given a certificate for climbing to the panoramic platform. So the lift is paid, like 7 white rubles per person. In principle, a good quality "Soviet" hotel.
We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and in 2024.
Positive:
1) Location, convenient, in the center, easy to reach, good walk, view from the window.
2) Breakfast - modestly, but very even, vegetables, eggs, meat, fish, casserole, pancakes, pastries, fruits, you will be full.
3) There are many elevators.
4) Water on the floor (although our cooler broke down, and I had to go to the floor above).
5) Conference room for events, large, comfortable.
Minuses:
- shower room - all the water was flowing on the floor and there was a lot of mold around
It is quite possible that we will return to this hotel again. She has a lot of advantages. The rooms and public areas are clean, the location is excellent, the breakfasts are good, the staff work well. Of the cons: You will have to walk to the metro station and public transport stops (but along the very beautiful Svisloch embankment and through the park). Guests line up for breakfast, it happens that it is not easy to find a place at a table. The Panorama restaurant on the top and the cafe below are often closed for special service. The showers in the rooms are very, very small.
A very iconic place for the city and everyone who loves the USSR, especially liked the pool, cafe, observation deck, the location is great, sleeping great!Of the minuses, not all rooms have air conditioning, but we got into 34 degree heat and there are not enough 4-star little things -a bottle of water as a gift, a bag of tea and sugar, a bathrobe in the bathroom and of course a shampoo and gel dosed, atak solid 4, I recommend!
A very decent hotel with its own observation deck on the roof with a beautiful panoramic view. The room is clean, towels are changed in a timely manner, of the disadvantages for breakfast, you can get into a wave of a long queue and stand in it for 20 minutes because the hotel is large and there are a lot of people, it is inconvenient, especially when you are in a hurry for an excursion. The breakfasts are varied, delicious, and there are even hot dishes. There is water on the floor (cooler) . This hotel also has an inexpensive grocery and souvenir shop, as well as a pharmacy and an ATM. The hotel is located in a beautiful park area, so there is clean fresh air on the high floors and there is a place to walk. The hotel is in the very center, close to the bus and metro. The train station is 20 minutes away by car.
The rooms are on the level.
The Panorama restaurant has excellent cuisine and helpful staff. We checked in late and the kitchen was closing, but we were served promptly and efficiently. Thank you.
The location is convenient.
Clear.
The girl at the reception was a little upset. He is not very good at hiding his attitude towards guests. In front of us, she rudely replied to the guest that he was a cheap segment and he was not entitled to some services.
But in general, the impression of Mr. is pleasant.
We were on an excursion in Minsk. We spent two nights at the hotel. Conveniently located.
On the upper floors there are panoramic views of the city.
The rooms are clean, everything worked. There are 5 elevators, they worked. The hotel has a swimming pool (were not)
The furniture is cheap chipboard. There is no kettle in the room, the cooler is on the floor. The mattresses are old and hard, it was uncomfortable to sleep.
The breakfast is great, I liked it.
It's not bad for a 3-star hotel. It can be recommended for a short stay.
A great hotel. For its cost, it's fine. Very advantageous location: the center of the city, located in a beautiful park, right on the waterfront. Across the street (10 minutes on foot) is a huge shopping center Gallery. The Cornflower restaurant is also there, so there were no problems where to eat.
Yes, the metro has 2 bus stops, but this is not a problem, buses run very well. The Bolshoi Theatre is within walking distance. We will definitely return only here!!!
We stayed in this hotel for a week from September 3 to September 10, 2024. We booked a suite without meals.
In order:
1) Great location and quiet
2) The room is nice, equipped with everything you need
Towels, bathrobes, toiletries, slippers -everything was there
2 air conditioners, refrigerator and tea set
Bright, clean! Number
But it requires a small cosmetic repair, it is not critical
There were no problems with hot water
The pool was available from 7 to 23
Daily cleaning, water cooler on the floor
Several times we bought breakfast on the buffet separately, about 900 Russian rubles
It was very tasty and a wide variety of dishes, I recommend it!
We settled in quickly using a Russian passport without any problems
I really liked the hotel, we will definitely come back here again, thank you for the warm welcome and a great stay
Very clean, the room is standard, with clean, good-quality linen, the hotel is located near the main attractions - this is a big plus! Now about the cons: there is no air conditioning in the room, we were very stuffy on the 10th floor in the summer... And the breakfasts, the buffet itself is wonderful, but the hall does not accommodate all the guests, terrible queues are created, because of which people risk either being late for excursions or going hungry for them, these are two major disadvantages! Otherwise, everything is fine, check-in is fast, room cleaning is regular, the staff is polite and attentive
A normal hotel.
Everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned regularly, the furniture is good, the bed is comfortable
The buffet has a large selection. You can have dinner here in the cafe.
The location is good, almost the center.
Tip, if someone's hair requires careful care, you need to grab a hair balm. This is not provided in the room, and be sure not to forget the toothpaste.
Breakfast is a buffet, a great choice, very tasty. Friendly girls at the reception. We messed up a little with the cleaning on the day of arrival - there was a bunch of someone's hair on the bed, otherwise it was clean, towels and the bed were fresh, snow-white. The kettle was a little missing, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. We didn't have air conditioning in the standard room, we didn't need it, since we were in October, but in summer it would be a little hard. The room was on the 19th floor. The view is gorgeous! There is a pharmacy and a shop on the ground floor. There is a swimming pool. The location is wonderful. Victory Park is nearby. I highly recommend visiting the WWII Museum there. There is also a large shopping center, shops, cafes nearby. On the second floor, you could buy exursions. Overall, a good price-quality ratio. I would go back to this hotel!
A very nice hotel! The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious! At other times, you can go to the Panorama restaurant on the 22nd floor of the hotel or to other cafes - everything is delicious everywhere!
The rooms are not super, there is a refrigerator, there is no kettle. But there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor!) There is a huge park and a river in front of the hotel. Very calm and clean air!
I advise everyone!!
I liked everything very much. Cleanliness in the room, high-quality cleaning. Constant change of linen. The breakfasts are excellent. The menu is varied, the dishes are delicious. Everything is at home. Fast and high-quality service. Everywhere: from the reception area to the pool. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is within walking distance. The view of the city is very beautiful. Cleanliness is everywhere. We had a great rest. We will recommend Minsk to everyone to visit and your hotel to stay in.Thank you very much!!!
Everything is very decent for a 3* hotel! Clean, pillows, mattresses are comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but our room was well located and the sun practically did not shine directly. Great view from the window of the park and the river. There is a large beautiful park near the hotel. Decent breakfasts. There is a large parking lot where there are always places. Located in the center, it is possible to reach any store or attractions in a few minutes.
It's a great place. I lived for three days, daily room cleaning, polite staff. The room is cozy and quiet. Breakfast for 5+: on the buffet, everyone will find a breakfast to their taste. According to the workload of the days, I only spent the night at the hotel. Unfortunately, I never got to the restaurant with a panoramic view. I would like to note the location separately - it is an easy walk to the center. Also within walking distance of the metro and attractions. Definitely, when visiting Minsk, I will stay here.
The Belarus Hotel has an excellent buffet, the rooms are kept clean, there were minor flaws, but everything was fixed as soon as possible. The staff is friendly, very polite. The location of the hotel is very attractive: near the historical part of the city, numerous and diverse shops, metro, transport. And it's also nice to walk along the river. I definitely recommend it for living.
The numbers correspond to the photo.
Breakfast buffet: delicious, varied, spacious room, but expensive.
The staff is all friendly.
The only very unpleasant moment is the non-working pool (when booking (almost 2 months before arrival) there was no information that it would be closed for repairs for a whole month; and in general it is very strange to make repairs at the peak of the tourist season)
Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality. We especially express our gratitude to the restaurant staff, who promptly changed the work schedule, thereby eliminating morning queues. The specifics of the hotel include the organization of excursions for residents, which begin at nine o'clock in the morning. And shifting the start of work an hour or half an hour earlier made it possible to organize meals more productively. And the choice and quality of breakfast dishes can be envied by five-star hotels. The pool and saunas also impressed and delighted us. An hour spent in the hydro massage pool in the morning of each day gave a boost of energy for the whole day. Thank you for the rest, we wish you to continue to keep the brand of a cozy, comfortable and hospitable hotel!
A great hotel. The room was very cozy. The maids work perfectly, ready to help at any time. The view from the window was just wonderful, every evening we admired the sunset over the river. Near the hotel, the child discovered a maze of plants, he had long dreamed of running through it. The location of the hotel is very convenient - Victory Park and Troitskoe suburb are within walking distance, and the metro was also reached on foot. The buffet is good, there is a lot of variety. I really liked the pool with elements of an aqua park and saunas. The Belarus Hotel has left very pleasant memories.
A great hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Some rooms have shower cabins, and some have a bathroom. The food is wonderful and varied. All the staff are polite and friendly. There is a water park at the hotel, small, but! There are saunas, a Jacuzzi, a slide, a kid's area and a pool with different depths.
I recommend. And I will come myself not once!
The hotel is good, delicious food and kind staff, the pool is clean and warm, the sauna is also clean and pleasant. There are many types of food and it is diverse, large and convenient Parking, several cafes and a panoramic restaurant, low and pleasant prices. The view from the window is wonderful, but I would like to complain about your soap and shower gel, I understand everything, but our group of 78 people, about 25-30 who used these gels, got a rash, including me. Please note that in room 908, brown water (hot) is flowing from the tap, and everything is fine and the location is excellent, I will be glad to come again!
P.S. Please replace the shower gel, I think not only our team started having a rash after it.
Quite a good hotel. Cosmetic repairs have been made, new furniture, comfortable mattresses. Clear. A good breakfast. There is a swimming pool (included one hour in the morning). The rooms are small. The three of us lived with an extra bed (folding chair) a little cramped. You can no longer open the refrigerator with the chair unfolded. The beds in the rooms where extra space is available are only double beds. It was inconvenient for us. There is a park area around the hotel. The nearest store is a 10-15 minute walk away
I really liked the hotel, that's right very much! We were with the children's collective, we lived for three nights. There are
An ironing room, a spa complex with a swimming pool and one slide, the children liked it. There is a restaurant, a cafe and a dining room on the territory of the hotel.. It's not exactly easy for her to find. But tourists are also served there, everything is very tasty. We only had breakfast paid for, so we had lunch in the dining room in the hotel. The rooms are large, the view is beautiful, the location is also convenient.
A large hotel in the center of Minsk. The most convenient way to get there is by car, there is a large parking lot. Quick check-in, no complaints. There is a lot of waiting space in the lobby, comfortable sofas. Souvenir shops, pharmacy.
Very beautiful views from the rooms - the building is washed by the river on three sides.
The room is clean, cozy, white linen, comfortable pillows and a large comfortable blanket. Daily cleaning service.
The only negative that really interfered at night was the automatic switching on of the light in the hallway from the motion sensor.
There is a restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. We had dinner there on the day of arrival. The menu is varied. The portions are large and delicious. But it's a little expensive.
There was another restaurant on the ground floor - there were breakfasts. Buffet: sausage, cheese, cottage cheese (crumbly and soft), porridges of 3-4 types daily, boiled eggs, omelette, fried eggs, sausages, pancakes with fillings. Juice, milk, kefir. Bakery products. Tea, coffee. Breakfast was served until 10:30, but even at 10 o'clock some of the dishes were updated. There was no feeling that something was missing.
Overall, very pleasant memories from staying at this hotel. I recommend.
The hotel is located in a beautiful place, it was settled very quickly, the room is clean and cozy. The floor is quiet, there are many elevators. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and the food is delicious. Cons: it would be possible to put several tea bags in the room. There are not enough channels configured, the signal was not always stable. And we definitely saved on toilet paper for our room
We took a double room with a large bed. Very clean and excellent textiles. Cleaning and changing of towels is done regularly. From cosmetics, only shower gel and liquid soap. Valera's hair dryer, an ordinary hotel one. There are no slippers or bathrobes. There is no shoe spoon either. There is no kettle in the room, there is a cooler on the floor. There is a good coffee in the lobby on the ground floor. It is located in a beautiful place, but you need to keep in mind that it takes about ten minutes to get to a public transport stop or metro, but in very beautiful places. Every morning you can hear the bells of the neighboring temple
A great hotel for business trips. But if it's for personal funds, it's too expensive. Buffet 5+. The location is great, and the park area. R, the bakery house - who is a fan of the freshest bread, will understand me) purity of 4 stars. The bathroom equipment fails a little bit. There was no dental kit (only in suites), but when contacting the Adm.the issue was solved immediately, for free. The staff is wonderful. Thanks! In general, I recommend it! According to rich experience, these three stars are significantly better than some four-star ones.
A great hotel. I don't know where people who write negative reviews used to settle, but I'm happy. The location is great, the hotel is visible from many places. Within walking distance of tourist facilities, a park area. We settled in very quickly, an air-conditioned room, a view of the suburbs. The room has a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer and hygiene products (bottles on the wall). The buffet breakfast is for every taste (meat, fish, sausages, cutlets, fresh and steamed vegetables, etc.). It is interesting to look at the home-cooked breakfast of the critics. In general, I recommend this hotel.
