Update. The receptionist called and apologized. We were invited to an engine wash later with a 20% discount. I was just fixing the engine leaks and needed to be washed. I have no complaints about the engine this time, it was well washed.

I took the Perfecto complex and the hood space sink. We washed for 1.5 hours, which is the norm for such work. So I don't know who's saying that for a long time. No, not for long. The interior was well cleaned, and the exterior was also well washed. Very minor flaws remained, a couple of crumbs, dust remained under the curtain of the center console. But, this is not a dry cleaner. So I'm leaning between 4+ or 5 for cleaning and washing. But the engine was washed badly. They were too shy to remove the casing at all. That's how the job was done, it seems clean. And there's dirt in the corners and under the casing, just like it was. I'm more inclined to two or three here.
In general, it is decent, though expensive. If you take a car wash at night + a discount on premium cards (if they add up, I did not specify), then you can get a discount of up to 30% and then the amount becomes very competitive.
I have mixed impressions, but so far I'm putting 4.

I wash my car here periodically, as I work nearby. There are no complaints about the quality of the sink - everything is always at the highest level. From my point of view, the price is a bit too high. And what kills me is that I can't get through here - I've tried to call you 3 times this week - no one bothered to pick up the phone, and no one has ever called back!

The quality of the sink gets worse every time. Previously, one of the best car washes in the city in terms of the quality of services-descended to the level of automatic washing. It got to the point that dirt was not washed off the discs inside and in some places they forgot to wipe the openings. We wish the management to return the previous quality of service.

I have been using the services of this car wash for several months now and I am satisfied with every visit. The price/quality ratio is completely satisfactory, and the staff is always attentive and friendly. A couple of times there were minor shortcomings in the washing, but the workers immediately eliminated them. Compared to other car washes in Minsk, this one definitely deserves a 5+ rating!

It was enough to visit this place six times to be as disappointed as possible. The services were: "Perfecto Sink" and "Protector Sink". The first two visits - everything is clear, without a single remark. What is called "price-quality"? Then, I gave the car away four times by appointment, and there were always curious moments:
the car did not arrive at the appointed time, but 10-20 minutes later.;
dirty fenders, and always, they were simply not washed.;
did not wash off the dirt on the front bumper;
they forgot about the blackening of the rubber (when I made a remark, the cleaner came out with a face like I owed him money and crooked ink).
I wrote to tg the first time, there were attempts that they would improve... but no. Standard unsubscriptions are very amusing.

For a C grade... somehow, I did not expect such a result from a sink for 90 rubles: somewhere they did not seem to wash at all, smudges and traces in several places, inside, too, not without nuances, they did not look into the compartment under the armrest at all 🤷
UPD. After the publication of this review, the director contacted me, explained some things, apologized, offered to wash again or a discount for the next sink. I am very pleased that the reviews are being monitored and the quality of work is being improved. Everyone has joints, here I understand, the main thing is to recognize and correct them. I'm changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars)

I was at this car wash, after washing the dashboard stopped working, apparently they filled it with something. They said they would solve the problem and the owner would call in the morning. The owner called in the evening and said that there were no problems on their part, allegedly he watched the video. In turn, I also watched the video from my registrar and sent it to him where it was not visible, but it was audible that something had happened. I have not received an answer. Watching a car wash video. I realized that for 155 rubles I would wash the car just like them, only a few times at regular car washes. Over-inflated prices for a mythical range of services can damage a car and say that it has nothing to do with it.
