I needed a tire service and THAT (oil change + installation of an abs sensor).
I'm on the phone. I am informed, taking into account the data about my car, that the w/ m is from 40 rubles. According to THAT - oil change 25 p, abs installation from 20 to 60p, depending on whether front or rear.
They don't keep records. W/m on a first-come, first-served basis (I don't mind, but they could have written it down, it's not for 10 minutes of work, my car will take a lift, of which they have 2, it's important for me to have time to do something on a particular day to go to Minsk to work in my car, not by taxi, which is difficult to call here).
I called a specific number three times and talked to a specific person, unfortunately I didn't find out his name, but I got the impression that he was there a la head.
I arrived at the railway station, two people work - a young guy and an older man. They worked slowly, in the process the power of their gun was not enough to remove one of the wheels, so it was unscrewed with a key. The bolts were lubricated, they advised to change the part that was worn out in the spring.
Installed, in about 20 minutes. To my question How much, the young one asks the older one how much, and he slaps 65 rubles on me.
I'm shocked, as I say, they told me on the phone that from 40ka (well, I was counting on 40-45 at least) they start the song Who said it, what nonsense, there have been no such prices for a long time, only if they can on Cream. I show the young man the number I called, he pretends that he does not know whose number it is. The elder says they are there (like those who are in charge) in the tire shop do not orient themselves, therefore they have misled you.
They could not demonstrate any price list to me, they also calculated the amount - they referred that they were only for tire fitting.
I arrived home, dialed the same number. The same young guy picked up the phone, and then handed the phone to the older one, who does not know how to talk to customers absolutely, of course, they did not hear about respect and loyalty here. He told me the price for w / m - from 55 rubles.
In short, one version of the other is more beautiful. It seems that here the main earnings come from cheating customers.
I will not go to them for that, I have already formed a certain opinion about them, I would not like to give 2 times more than the stated amount, because it turns out that I was misled by phone.
There was only a feeling of "spitting".

Очень грамотные мастера!
Уровень компетентности специалистов я оцениваю с чистоты и порядка на рабочих местах. Автоглобал- образец, как должно выглядеть рабочее место! Владельцы создали коллектив высококлассных слесарей по ремонту. Ребята занимаются «своим делом» ответственно и профессионально.
Хороший бонус - всегда отвезут домой и заберут, если авто потребует длительного внимания.

Обращался пару раз по вопросам шиномонтажа, проблем не было, но когда пригнал машину на ремонт к сожалению возникли вопросы. Во время выполнения работ поломали все болты которые можно было и не ломать и под замену пришлось покупать детали, заказали через них, в итоге стоимость была даже выше рыночной и никаких чеков нам не показали и запчасти какой фирмы поставили тоже не ясно. В итоге стоимость работ вышла в разы дороже чем оговаривалось первоначально, так что если решите воспользоваться их услугами привозите свои запчасти и стоимость работы смотрите по прейскуранту.

Хороший сервис! Важно то, что если взялись за работу то сделают как себе, стоимость работ и возможные риски оговаривают сразу. Нравится, что можно оставить машину и заниматься своими делами. Ребята адекватные и знают свое дело, если понадобится доп работа, то без согласия и согласования ни чего что увеличивает стоимость ремонта делать не будут. Приятный бонус , иногда очень выручает, работают по выходным.

Был 2 раза на шиномонтаже, дважды попадал на разные смены сотрудников. Оба человека приятно вели диалог со мной и отвечали на все интересующие вопросы по возникшей проблеме. Остался очень доволен проделанной работой (устранение утечки воздуха и балансировка колёс), всем советую

Несколько раз обращался сюда, все было норм. Но в последний раз нарвался на хамоватого сотрудника, который с порога начал язвить и отпускать сальные шуточки. Удачи в работе ребята, общаться так с посетителями не стоит.

Надо было быстро залечить колесо, помогли оперативно, за что большое спасибо, в тонкости не вдавался, но товарищ местный говорил хоронить ребята

Оперативно устранили неисправность на моем авто. Полетел ступичный подшипник, болталось колесо, кое-как дотянул до сто. Взяли авто вне записи и оперативно все устранили

Был по работе в Ратомке - лопнул тормозной шланг на бусе. Посмотрел, где ближайшая СТО, поехал на эту. Забрали авто, сказали, что будет не быстро - много машин. Никаких залогов, доверенностей (обещал заплатить по безналу). Через день приехал, забрал машину, договор. Но, вот чудо - в этот же день лопнул тормозной шланг на джипе. Заколдованное место эта Ратомка. Опять забрали, сказали, что не быстро, починили. Всё было сделано чётко и аккуратно. Своих запчастей не привозил. Нормальный сервис. Сейчас поеду туда масло менять, как постоянный клиент. Масло повезу своё.

Посетил шиномонтаж, возникла утечка воздуха... Очереди не было, был первым- в 9 утра, с открытия сервиса. Ремонт прошёл без проблем.
