Very good service, but price is increased if comparing with European dealers

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the BMW dealership team for their incredible attitude to customers and the highest level of service. From the very first minutes, as soon as my wife and I crossed the threshold of the salon, we felt the sincere care of the staff.
Special thanks to manager Kirill – only a person who was really in love with his business could approach each of our questions so attentively, patiently and with a soul. Not a bit of obsession, just a sincere desire to help and find the perfect solution for our needs.
The salon left only positive emotions – everything is fast, clear and as transparent as possible. They explained all the details in detail, showed what had been done, and answered all questions without undue haste. This is a rare case when you leave not just satisfied, but with the feeling that they really wanted to help you, and not just sell a service.
It's safe to say that the BMW dealership team is not only about cars, but also about people who work with love and do more than you'd expect from them. Thank you for that! Now I know for sure that I have chosen not just a car, but a place where it will always be a pleasure to return. 🚗💙

The atmosphere is very pleasant . The service is at the highest level. Everyone is very polite and pleasant. The place is as convenient as possible . Special thanks to the manager Sergey (Metelitsa). He promptly helped me buy a car , told me everything, showed me.
