A great, modern hotel. The location is great!!! The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. There are three breakfast options to choose from, everything is delicious and the serving is beautiful. But, personally, I prefer a buffet. I recommend the hotel with a pure heart!!!

Great hotel. Many European 5+ are inferior in terms of interior and service level. When booking a room, the spa area is included. Special thanks for this, everyone will find a zone for rlax. Russian sauna, Finnish sauna, contrast shower, Turkish steam room, stone sauna, salt room, just a camfort pool, while there is also a bar. I will definitely come back to you and now I will be a regular guest! I recommend it to everyone! The level is much higher than stated! Keep it up !!!

I was there once with my family. We got to the wife's birthday. So the staff even brought a piece of cake as a greeting to the room. It may be very tiny, but it's nice. We liked it. We took an obks room - it's a free breakfast in the room, swimming pools and baths are also free. You can arrange a couple of holidays in a hotel in your own city. And it seems to me that this is the right option.

Disgusting. The boorish attitude of the staff . Dividing the guests into "important" and "unimportant". You pay extra at the hotel for almost everything. Paying for a double room with a double bed, you will pay an additional 35 rubles on top for the second person. Breakfasts are paid and very modest. Probably the most meager buffet I've ever seen. The hotel has a "spa", which is why some of the guests move around the building in bathrobes. Parking is also paid and far enough away. In general, a night in a hotel will cost you 280 rubles and will most likely leave you dissatisfied.

I came to them at night on 06/23/2023 on a bicycle, 140 km away, with a leg injury. We couldn't really solve the problem of reliably hiding a tourist bike. The staff is uncommunicative, manners are at zero. The doorman controls, as I understand it, the manager only flaps his eyelashes beautifully. Whether it's a run-of-the-mill 2-star hotel in the district center, it's still okay, and even there they haven't allowed themselves to do this for a long time. In short, there was an unpleasant feeling that I was being told what to do, it was unacceptable. I went for a refund. At that time, I was in Mogilev for no more than an hour. And because of this staff, there was no desire to stay, he left for Minsk. So I highly recommend it. I promised to leave a review. Study carefully what the service sector is, politeness and how to communicate with the client.

Excellent hotel of European quality. By far the best hotel in Mogilev. I'm from Minsk myself, but I'm still very shocked by such a wonderful place. The Internet is good even on the 10th floor. The view and location are also acceptable. The staff is polite and sociable. The only thing I didn't like was that there are no saucers for tea glasses in the room. As it is, everything is fine. If you come to Mogilev with money, then this is clearly the best place to settle here.

One of the most amazing places! 10 out of 10 ! Everything is fine in this hotel. The room has panoramic windows to the floor, the room has everything you need and even a pillow menu! The staff is unprofessional, if something goes wrong, get ready to get in full. 4 Belarusian stars are like three Russian ones. The interior is not bad, it was. Cosmetic repairs will not hurt, a spa in puddles, a TV with a weak signal, it is better to come earlier for breakfast, otherwise the coffee machine overheats, you will sit and wait. Breakfast is not served without coffee. The staff has a lot of oddities.
