The declared fitness is paid. Shocking content. Something was always making noise, like conduits all over the floor. It hasn't been fixed in 2 days. The breakfasts are above average. The spa is a little small, but interesting. The restriction for children is infuriating, which is not mandatory, but you need to lower yourself then the children will be missed. It's all strange. The rooms are good. Only they are already broken in places. The doors are cardboard. Parking is urban and far away is also bad. And so, of course, the best hotel in the city - that's how they live)))

I am immensely glad that a hotel of this level has appeared in my childhood city.
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff - after all, it is you who make the hotel so hospitable, cozy, clean, bright, modern, with a high level of service, a place where you want to return.
Thanks to the reception staff for taking into account all the wishes - I came with my mother and I really wanted her to remember this trip exactly like this.
There was a 100% feeling that they were waiting and meeting us :-).
Thanks to the restaurant staff - in addition to the fact that all the girls (and guys) are incredibly beautiful and polite, they are also very welcoming and friendly (and this is not a formal smile), but sincerely and from the bottom of their hearts - the desire to help, offer, tell - for which special thanks.
Thanks to the chef - oatmeal porridge and cheesecakes for breakfast are just a work of art, both in taste and in the design of the dish.
Plus, great coffee, which is the key to a great day for me).
Thanks to the maid for the perfect cleaning of the room, everything was wonderful and virtually unnoticeable to us. The reception staff always clarified when it was convenient to do the cleaning.
There was a hitch with the balcony door in the room, but it didn't spoil the overall impression at all - I don't see any problem with that.
Thanks also to the master who tried to help on the weekend!
We rested in the Executive room, I recommend it to everyone. The view from the panoramic window is gorgeous - you see how the sunset falls on the city and how early in the morning the city wakes up again.

The hotel is located in the center. The building with the shopping center is the same, but the entrances are different. The room is comfortable and clean. The window is panoramic to the courtyard. There is a service for hotel visitors - a free swimming pool.

Very nice modern hotel. We lived in it for a week in September. The hotel has a spa with a swimming pool, a very good bar. The only negative is the restaurant, where they offered breakfast for 30 br

I am visiting the hotel for the second time. Over the year, it has practically remained the same fresh and new, with the exception of a broken sofa in a 3-room room (we stayed in the 4th), and a bathtub leaking onto the floor (we managed to buy it). I was a little confused by the fact that when checking in last year, we clarified whether there would be neighbors in the adjacent room, to which we received the answer that when renting a three-room room, the same guests can get access to the adjacent one (for an additional fee, if more beds are needed) and no one else, however, this year, the adjacent room was occupied by other guests, and these two rooms are separated not by a wall, but by a door, and accordingly everything was audible to both them and us:(
The spa area is also a little tired, in the sense that the Russian sauna and hammam did not work (this is very insulting and sad), there are a lot of children in the pool, the sun beds are all occupied. I believe that the advantage of visiting the spa space should be given to those who live in the hotel, and not to everyone in a row, or limit the entrance (if all the places inside the spa are occupied), otherwise you come and just stupidly have nowhere to sit, as a result you throw your towels where there is a place and just endlessly swim and walk saunas.
The breakfast menu is terribly boring, small selection and not a buffet…
Otherwise, everything is super, for Mogilev it is generally a level.

The ventilation and air conditioning system is centralized. The facade is tinted glass. She can't cope on a sunny day. It was stuffy, although the candles were set according to the instructions. Clean, quiet. The furniture and the bed are wonderful. I paid 45,000 in three days and after that they called to catch up and asked where the glass glass for 30 rubles had gone. (The maid can't find it). It's not pleasant.

A wonderful new clean and bright hotel in the center of Mogilev. The level of the hotel is metropolitan, so do not hesitate to book a room here. We had a rest with a large family and were accommodated in three rooms. The rooms have huge floor-to-ceiling windows, beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows (+ pillow menu for special requests), safe, mini-bar, kettle, glasses and cups and (!) I especially want to mention the corkscrew. In the bathroom there are 4 pairs of towels, 2 bathrobes and slippers, individually packaged shower products. There is a hygienic shower.
Breakfast is served at the Grand Savoy restaurant (with a modern interior and terrible plastic colors that make it much cheaper). On weekends there was a buffet, on weekdays they cooked individually. It is worth noting that on the first day there were very, very many people at breakfast and the restaurant was clearly not designed for such a load - the food was quickly disassembled, the appliances ran out, the staff was knocked off their feet. Usually in such cases, hotels try to distribute the load by specifying the breakfast time for guests the day before. I advise the hotel management to apply this or another technique to create comfort for vacationers.
The hotel has a nice spa - don't forget the bathing suits!
Minor flaws in the room (for example, the unlocked bathroom door in one room opened; the room was rented with a safe with the door open, but the lock was locked) were quickly eliminated after informing the administrator.

Everything is clean, the reception is on the level, it's expensive for breakfast, if you didn't order it right away, it's not European. They clean well. There is only one wish - to open the water-thermal zone earlier. Opening at 10.00 is for relaxation and relaxation, in European standards it is 7.00 for a charge in the pool.

But, for such a price, a small room for one costs 180 rubles, the bar is paid (alcoholic drinks could be paid), and even non-alcoholic drinks are paid, smoking on the street. I've visited many countries, this is the first time, you stand like a moron on the street and smoke. In hotels of other countries, of a lower class, there is either a smoking room or a smoking room, and it turns out that you can drink alcoholic beverages, but you can not smoke. Nonsense. Previously, it was possible to enter the SPA several times a day, but now only once, the owners decided to earn money. If you get hungry at the SPA (it's expensive at the bar, as usual), then that's it, go home. In general, the conclusion is that we will not visit this hotel anymore and we will not advise others. If you want to show that you have a civilized hotel, do it for people, not for pure earnings (although your earnings are already good)
