The bed has already been delivered within 18 days, ahead of the contract deadline. We sleep with great pleasure!
The quality of the goods does not match the price at all, the main job of the manager was only to provide a cover for an additional warranty, and she never announced the other conditions for an additional warranty. The situation is as follows: in the 21st year, choose this company solely because of the availability of an extended warranty for 15-25 years, although a similar mattress in another company cost 30% cheaper. We decided to overpay for this guarantee. The consultant said that for an extended warranty, only one thing is needed: to buy a mattress cover for 120 rubles and use the mattress only with it. We bought a mattress, and a couple of days later we bought a bed.
It's only been 3 years of use, and the mattress is already BROKEN. We didn't jump on it, we didn't have 150kg of live weight, etc. We contacted the warranty department and a master came to us. He said from the doorway that the mattress was really broken and could not be used. I lifted the mattress and measured the distance between the slats, we had 10-11 cm. And only the master said that for an extended warranty there should be a distance of up to 7 cm.
What was our disappointment when, because of this, the mattress was not changed under warranty. Although we overpaid so much for this guarantee, and if we had been notified of such figures in time, we would have bought a completely different bed (none of us even knew that distance was important, since we don't understand anything about it).
I will not recommend this company to anyone, since the prices are inflated, and the quality is disgusting.
When you hear "Ascona" you think about excellent service and quality of services, but in fact you get one continuous hassle. We spent a long time choosing a mattress and could not decide who to buy from, Ascona or Vegas, but decided that after all, the purchase was significant and it was better to buy a better product. On October 30, we ordered a mattress (unfortunately it was not available) and had to wait 21 days. No one called during this time, because my phone was recorded incorrectly. When I typed it myself by the end of the term, they began to apologize. But then everything went absolutely out of hand. After agreeing on the delivery date, the courier called on the appointed day in the evening and said that he would be there within an hour and a half. However, neither an hour later, nor after 2 and 3, no one arrived, after my 4 call to the courier, he said that the mattress would not be delivered today due to weather conditions. And this was the deadline for receiving the mattress under the contract. After contacting the store, the seller began to apologize again and try to solve the situation, the courier had already told her that the car had completely broken down. And the moment that, being sure that I would have the mattress, I gave the old mattress away, no one cared. I spent the night on the floor. Thank you Ascona. The next day, under the guidance of Elena, who is probably the only one who works normally in this company, they tried to bring me a mattress. The logistics work disgustingly, only with 3 of her calls, not mine, she finally dialed me for delivery. And in the evening, a surprise awaited me: a courier call at 20.55 with the phrase "Can I bring you a mattress tomorrow morning?". No, no, and no again, as a result, the mattress was delivered at the beginning of 11 a.m. The check was not issued! I'm still waiting for him. They promised to send it to the post office at all, LAUGHTER, WHICH is not in the contract. Bottom line: a few days of stress, worries, worries and constant waiting are not worth buying a mattress from this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Then, in less than a year of use, a huge bedsore appeared on the sofa in the middle and it began to creak (only a 58 kg girl used the sofa) - I wrote a claim in their office. Moreover, they do not slip you a book of comments, but their own pieces of paper, in which it is written by default that the consideration of the claim takes a month. I warned them that I would not be in the Republic of Belarus in a month - they said they would take it into account. As a result, of course, they called exactly a month later, I said that I was not in the Republic of Belarus and I needed to choose a date later to inspect the sofa, they said they would call me back - and when I returned to the Republic of Belarus, an unsubscription from them was waiting for me in the mailbox, that allegedly I did not give them access to the apartment to inspect the sofa. I had to go to them again - they said they would contact the person responsible for the complaints and he would contact me. As you guessed, no one has called me in a month. I had to go to them again and write a claim again, but only this time on their letterhead I crossed out the phrase that I agree that the review period takes a month. They contacted me the next day, came for an inspection the next day. And that's it - the specialists at the inspection confirmed that it was a marriage, there would be a replacement, they said they would contact me. As a result, silence and disregard again. I write to them myself, call them, pull them. A month after the examination, I was confirmed that it was a marriage and there would be a mattress replacement within 21 working days. A month and a half later, their collectors call me at 10 pm and say "well, we'll arrive in 40 minutes" - and I don't need to have noise here at 11 at night, etc. - I go to bed at this time. They said they would call tomorrow and agree on the time in advance. As a result, they have been calling back for a week now. As a result, the sofa, which at the time of purchase cost more than a new iPhone, stands with a dent in the middle. I would never recommend contacting ascona - terrible quality, service, attitude. A disgrace!

Сервис на уровне мебельного в советском союзе, максимально недовольная девушка консультант всем видом показывала пренебрежительное отношение и не желание продать товар. Давно такого не встречала в 21 веке, честно говоря даже в шоке)
Покупали матрас в апреле в Глобо. Долго выбирали то слишком жестко, то очень мягко, в общем было сложно, в итоге по совету консультанта купили матрас как что-то среднее из тех что были представлены (в этом магазине данного матраса не было, поэтому протестить не удалось). В итоге бессонные ночи, понимаю, что матрас мне вовсе не подходит, звоним консультанту с вопросом есть ли возможность обмена, но из-за того что мы не купили наматрасник (а может причина была другой) в обмене нам отказали. Очень жаль, что нет такой функции как обмен, ведь это достаточно дорогой товар, и покупается не на месяц.

Тамара помогла определиться с выбором подушек, индивидуально к каждому подход с учетом особенностей сна , ростом. Также уделила особое внимание по уходу за изделием, предложила защитный чехол на подушку. В итоге, остались довольны выбором подушки и обслуживанием. Придем обязательно за второй подушкой!!!

Купили с супругой диван в Асконе. Раскладка аккардеон, спальное место ровное, без швов. Вместительный короб для белья. Ткань светлая, но хорошо чистится и самое главное, что кот её не дерёт! Прошлый диван - весь изодрал, не знали в какой ткани покупать. Продовец посоветовал антивандальную ткань.
Я купил кровать и матрас по Акции. С цветом ткани помогли консультанты. Матрас в салоне не был выложен. Покупали вслепую (дали полежать на похожем). В итоге довольна. Кровать привезли, собрали – красота) Очень рекомендую!
