We had a vacation with a 5-year-old child in September. We were very satisfied. The hotel is very conveniently located: at the foot of Takhtali mountain (when swimming in the sea on the beach there is a stunning view of the mountain). There are many different shops nearby, 3 supermarkets, there is a beautiful park where you can walk. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., and by 11 a.m. we were put in a room (without extra charge). The hotel itself is very large-2 multi-storey buildings, a large area with swimming pools, water slides, a Playground, a recreation area with nozzles and hanging sofas. The territory is well maintained and clean. Everything is done for convenience, right down to the tracks, along which it is easy to roll a suitcase and enter the building. There is a faucet at the entrance from the beach side to wash the sand off your feet. The beach is huge (for 3 neighboring hotels), there were enough sun beds (we worked out early in the morning, before breakfast). You need to walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes along a beautiful, long, shady road or you can take a free shuttle bus that constantly runs between the beach and the hotel. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, we had a 3-bed room for 3 people plus a sofa. The balconies are also large, with a dryer, chairs and a table. Only the rooms on the 1st floor do not have balconies. Our room was cleaned infrequently, the garbage buckets were small, filled quickly and we had to put garbage in the form of water bottles on the floor. The towels were changed 2 times in 10 days, but in principle it was enough. The food at the hotel is beyond praise! A huge variety of pastries, sweets, salads and snacks. I really liked the Turkish buns for breakfast. The meat was mostly chicken plus fish almost daily. For dinner, there was always a soup on coals-chicken or beef, very tasty! Drinks are very diverse, wine of several types, very pleasant. After lunch, ice cream was served by the pool -just delicious! The animation in the hotel was also on the level. The children were occupied daily both in the afternoon and in the evening. There was yoga, volleyball, and bocce on the beach every day. There were different games by the pool too. One disadvantage is a lot of people (the hotel is very popular) It was sometimes difficult to find an empty table in the restaurant, and queues for food. But if you come to the opening, it was freer. Maybe next time we'll choose the same hotel for a vacation

Great hotel! Very green, compact, delicious food, friendly staff. There are a lot of cats and kittens on the territory, there are even chickens! And what a divine pastry in the morning!!! And bread!!! The hotel is located in the Tekirova district, surrounded by greenery: pine trees, pomegranates, citrus fruits. The famous Takhtali Mountain is right in front of the hotel. Nearby there are shops, shopping malls, a pharmacy. The sea is not far away, you can walk along the green street, you can get there by special transport. There is a bar on the beach, closed changing rooms, and a shower. And yes, there is also a pool with slides on site.

Rest is the concept of the hotel - all inclusive, so you can not go outside the territory at all. There is a garden with fruit trees, hammocks and benches, a mini-water park with slides (there are 3 of them), a pool area with sun beds and umbrellas, a children's area, on the ground floor there is a bar, a spa area with a pool, hammam and sauna, and for a fee you will be happy to get a massage. Almost all the staff speaks Russian, there are no problems with explanation. Politeness, friendliness. Room service is provided daily with replacement of towels and toiletries. Replacement of beach towels if necessary in the spa area. There are different rooms, if it is possible to change the room, I recommend using it. We looked at three rooms before checking in. It is convenient to have a balcony, albeit a miniature one, so that there is a place to dry things after bathing. There is a fish restaurant on site and it can be visited 1 time during the entire period of stay at the hotel, by appointment.
