Basically, my Arlekino digustation is pizzas. They are insanely delicious, hearty and have a lot of toppings. The courier is always on time, the pizza is hot-you can see he immediately goes to order, and does not ride around Gomel, as happens with others. Self-service is also great. Everything is on time and very tasty. I recommend.

As a result, they took away the cold and stone one at 18:50 (because the cheese was petrified from above). It feels like the pizza was made at 4:50 p.m. and she was just waiting for us the whole time. Only the dough was delicious, and there was one star for it. 30p for a kilogram pizza is wasted.
If you want to feel the atmosphere, a family with a child is sitting at one table, and a man is sleeping on a plate next to it (vodka and pizza are on the table). And no one asks him to wake up and leave. Complete disappointment.

We had the honor to visit this wonderful restaurant today. The service is not that at the level of an average restaurant, the level at the station in the stall is higher and better. When we entered the restaurant, we couldn't write a restaurant, it turned out that they didn't have a clean table to put us at a table. On one side there were three tables pushed into a pile, on the other side there was a seemingly empty table. They couldn't put us at the shifted tables, because they didn't want to move them apart and clean them up. I had to go to the exit, to an empty table. The menu was brought, but it was impossible to sit at the table. He was just dirty!!!! In the crumbs, something was spilled on the table. They asked me to remove it. The waitress came with a disgruntled face and an incomprehensible rag. She wiped it and offered to sit down. The sofa was covered in crumbs, and there were carrots and pieces of lettuce on the floor. And the table was all sticky. They asked me to wipe the table again. The waitress's indignation was simply undisguised. With a dissatisfied face, a spray of chemicals and a rag, I came to the table and immediately began to spray some kind of composition on the table, despite the fact that the children (there were two children with us) did not have time to get up from the table. Chemistry began to get on them, and she did not have enough imagination and intelligence to stop this circus.
The rest and the impression were ruined for the whole evening. Naturally, there was simply no point in staying there and having dinner, with this approach there was an option to end up in an infectious diseases hospital after eating!
To be honest, I did not expect such an attitude towards customers in the "restaurant".

As a result, the administrator was rude <if you want, refuse>, and the most interesting thing as an apology offered a discount of -10% for the next order, given that when ordering pizza they already gave coupons for the next order a 10% discount.
To sum up: the holiday is ruined, thanks to an illiterate approach to customers, a terrible attitude. It is a pity that they do not appreciate regular customers, they do not know how to admit and correct mistakes. And from now on we will not order pizza in this cafe! It was very, very tasty, we took 4 kinds of different pizzas, all delicious, both the children and my wife and I liked it. The waiters were always there when needed - there was no need to wait, they brought the order taking into account the preparation promptly. The interior of the restaurant itself is classic without frills, calm, with a mood for a family vacation with an emphasis on eating. While there , I saw that many people came in families . I recommend it for a family holiday in the form of delicious food.
