I signed up for a 2.5-week consultation with a CT scan to a dental surgeon. When recording, she clarified whether such a consultation was conducted at the clinic, the answer was "yes, of course."
When I told the doctor at the reception that I needed to look at the picture and consult me on a number of issues, he replied to me: "my computer does not open disks, the disk drive does not work. But let's try it." His disk didn't open. He went to another office to look at another computer, returned with the words "you need to download the program there, I won't do it." He conducted a superficial examination with "fingers on the teeth" and gave a recommendation to remove the teeth. "But before deleting it, you need to look at the disk, go to another place somewhere."
Is this some kind of prank? Can't a dental private clinic open a disk with a snapshot of teeth?
I don't give a damn about clients and their health, I just lost 2.5 weeks for the sake of a no-brainer "and I won't open the disk to you in any way."
In the morning, before the reception, the girl called to remind about the recording. She didn't say a word about the fact that the clinic wouldn't be able to watch the CD. It's kind of surreal. Zero out of ten, I don't advise anyone.

Several friends received recommendations for removal and implantation in this clinic, and other clinics dissuaded them from replacing teeth, preserving their relatives. The first suspicions were when he used the services of the clinic himself. They were confirmed on acquaintances. And one more minus - if something went wrong, swollen, sick after repair - the clinic disowns problems, uses excuses, it's his own fault, it happens, and you signed consent, you came late, etc. This behavior occurred twice in different people sent by me to this clinic. We all need to work on this. The quality of basic services is good. Therefore, the average score.

So far, one of the best private dentists in Minsk. I removed the figure eight from the surgeon, everything was fast and accurate. She cured several teeth from Dr. Evstifeeva - a great specialist, a very gentle woman, a voice with a certain soothing effect. There were problems with a sealed tooth, which I did in another dentistry. In Apollonia, they took a 3D picture and looked very carefully at each tooth next to it, eventually they found the problem and now nothing hurts😌
The prices are above average, but it's worth it.
By the way, dentistry is more than 20 years old.

Problem: Pericoronitis (easier: gum pruning)
Verdict a week later: everything is fine.
Read more: My attending dentist noticed a protruding 8th (wisdom tooth) and advised me to find a surgeon to trim the so-called hood before the gum becomes inflamed.
I called the whole center of Minsk, even in the paid department of a simple polyclinic, I was charged 120 rubles. for this small operation. And only in Apollonia - 50 rubles.
There's nothing to do, I packed up and went, although it's a little far.
The dentistry is clean, everything is simple. Yes, everything is modest, the doors are old, but at least they are closed at the moment when you are being treated (unlike the D&H clinic). They asked me about my allergy to drugs, gave me an injection, and waited. The nurse was nearby, helping the surgeon (there was a woman, but I forgot to ask her last name). The doctor did everything quickly and painlessly, gave recommendations regarding rinsing / healing. She said that by the evening the hemostatic sponge should fall out, this is normal. In theory, they are now putting sponges that dissolve themselves, but come on, I just pulled out this sponge with tweezers myself. Just in case, suddenly it would not resolve itself, and you can't leave it there for more than a day. The gum is still healing, after a week, but visually it looks good, there is less discomfort. I think everyone has an individual healing process. In a good way, you need to show up for a repeat appointment after this)
So I put 5 for cleanliness, administration, work and prices.
P.S. After 3 weeks everything has healed neatly, thank you!

I was immediately poisoned for the picture. They did not warn me how much it costs, did not agree with me on a treatment plan or the likelihood of failure.
We looked at the picture and... They said they wouldn't treat it! 👏🏻
I gave 45 rubles for a disc with a 3d panorama of my jaw in order to lose time, mood and money.
By the way, I healed the tooth in a modest dental office, where they just took it and did it without pathos.
Apollonia is a wildly pompous place with unreasonably high prices and arrogant doctors.
