We took off in December 2022 from this airport, arriving 3 hours before departure, my travel agent announced to me that the flight was postponed for 2 hours, what was my surprise that there was no luggage storage at the airport.Instead of a cafe, there was a dining room, people who ate there, and then flew with us on the plane complained of poisoning, we did not dare to eat there.There were two flights to Thailand and Egypt per hour difference, there were only 80 seats in the waiting room, and at least 300 people.There is no question of duty free (there is none).
I hope if I ever fly from this airport again, then at least there will be places in the waiting room, a cafe where you can have lunch without worrying about your health and I would like a guarded parking lot to appear, because there is none.

Quickly finish the repair already! I've been flying for 2 years now, but the airport hasn't been made yet. It's a shame that you still can't build a small building in a few years. All passengers are queuing in a cramped room and breathing down each other's necks or in their faces. What is the social distance there?! A huge KPO enterprise operates in the West Kazakhstan region and brings in large tax revenues, and the local government apparently transfers these revenues to other pockets, and the airport still stands in shameful form as the shameful face of Uralsk.

The new Uralsk airport is practically no different from the old one, there are no innovations or architectural solutions. One main question is why it was necessary to demolish the old terminal and build almost exactly the same, only a new one? I am generally silent about the condition of the platform and the lane. Two stars out of five just for the fact that it exists at all, however, there is not much use from this either, there are few flights.

The dirtiest, most impoverished, unequipped airport for people! The barn in ito village looks more like an aeroport than this parody! Never fly in or out of Uralsk by plane! It is better to take a taxi to any nearby city and fly away from there. There is no service! For waiting: the container is outside! There is no toilet! You choose check-in and boarding with priority, hoping to get through all this hell as soon as possible - but it wasn't there! They know what a priority landing is! The question is, why are they pushing her at all! I would like to get a minus star in the rating, but it's a pity I can't do it.

The new terminal building is better. They announce it too loudly and call for baggage inspection too often (maybe there is no experience yet). There is parking, but it seems too small. There are no sockets in the waiting room at the entrance, but after inspection in another room there is a lot of this plus, clean and comfortable chairs. The staff is polite.
