It's a small, cozy airport, and the staff is excellent.
We flew to Phuket, successfully left our cars in the parking lot for the entire period, and came from Russia.
It's unlikely that you'll be able to eat properly, it's better to take it with you.
The only drawback: the bus to the plane, I studied the reviews before the trip.
Everyone complained that they had to walk to the plane, apparently they listened to the reviews, now they need to spend 20-25 minutes on the bus.
Loading, 1.5 minutes drive, unloading.
It would be 50 meters to walk to the plane, it would be much faster on foot)

The airport building is new, small, but clean and cozy. It serves one plane at a time, so everything is pretty fast! There is a small cafe in the departure area where you can buy snacks and drinks, including alcoholic ones. It's a pity that they don't sell champagne by the glass, only by the whole bottle. Of course there is no duttic.

Hello! I have been flying through Uralsk for several years, it is always clean both inside and outside the airport. The staff is responsive, courteous, and even concluded for myself that 90% of the staff are professionals in their field and have been working for a long time, because there is no confusion, everything is clear and timely. Why I noted only 90%, there was one case when for some reason I was asked to go back to the luggage and remove Coca Cola from the luggage two bottles with a capacity of 0.5, although they were just bought in excess and I put the extra ones in the luggage. At that time, there were unfamiliar staff and I did not waste time explaining that it is not forbidden to carry a packaged drink in luggage, only in hand luggage, but in general my mark is high, please keep the balance of experienced staff and inexperienced in the same ratio!

I really didn't like this airport. Few seats. There was a question about where to sit with the children. There is no exchanger. It's very inconvenient. And finally, we waited 20 minutes to board the plane in a queue near a smelly smoking room. For a non-smoker, the fetid smell is a test! There are babies in a tuxedo. I don't want to come back here.

For a domestic flight, check-in was paid, and if on your own on the website, it was free. The staff helps to weigh the luggage, but there are few of them. Accordingly, a large queue is formed. There are quite strict staff on control. We had shaving foam and shampoo, we had to throw them away, because the tube is more than 100ml. Maybe that's a good thing. There is only one exit to the aircraft, so you will not get confused. The waiting room is quite spacious.
