I flew with Air Astana from Kazakhstan several times and was very satisfied. The sides are clean and comfortable, the staff is polite and attentive. I especially liked the excellent food on board. The flight was not delayed even once, everything was clear and organized. I will continue to use the services of this airline.

Wonderful airline Air Astana! We flew repeatedly - we liked everything very much!!! Good pilots, charming flight attendants who know their job perfectly))) I recommend it!!!

This is not a company, but some kind of misunderstanding. My flight was delayed for 15 hours, and I ended up late everywhere and didn't fly. The return flight was also delayed for a couple of hours. They have not been able to make a decision on compensation for almost two weeks.
