I recently bought a laptop in this store, and I was very pleased!
At first, I was impressed by the assortment: there are models for every taste and budget. The sellers are very professional and ready to help with the choice, which was a big plus for me, since I don't really understand technology. They quickly told me everything and helped me with the choice.
The purchase was quick and hassle-free. I was offered excellent installment terms.
Everything is fast and efficient.
I bought a laptop in this store yesterday, immediately outlined my budget, the consultant / seller began to orient and offer options within the budget, competently and politely answered questions about different models.
Then another guy came up, also smart, explained everything.
just a super service, I liked that they did not get or impose anything, I walked, looked, no one stared at me and did not hurry with the purchase, in the end they gave me to make sure of the voiced characteristics, they made a discount on the mat)
I looked at the two options I liked, and took the mouse pad.
Everything in general was inexpensive, as it seemed
I highly recommend not to hand over equipment, especially old ones, to this store. I wanted to sell an old monitor that I got from the previous owners of the apartment, I lost a 14 volt power supply from it, so I couldn't even use it. I called, named the manufacturer and model (samsung syncmaster 152b), said that they were ready to give 20 rubles and you can come even today.
I arrived the next day, having driven 9 metro stations to them. The monitor was connected to the power supply, everything was fine, everything worked. When I asked to name the final price (I hoped for more than 20 rubles) I was told that they are ready to buy it for 5 rubles and no more (+ an old cable for connecting to a computer). Asked why so? They didn't give me any clear reason why they didn't like the monitor. They began to prove that they always say "up to 20 rubles", and not "20 rubles", that they do not need it, just to stand in the warehouse, suddenly they will need it, or maybe not. And most of all, I do not understand the argument that it is non-standard... I dictated the model to them when I called, you can easily find it even on the online site, just copy and Google it... they also claimed that it was non-standard and they did not need it, they only did me favors by paying 5 rubles. It was disgusting! They put in front of the fact when I was driving from home 40 minutes before them...
The monitor, by the way, was made in the UK, I was surprised myself, but for them the highest price was still 5 rubles, I attach photos.
By the way, they offered to buy their power supply (maybe not new, I don't know) for 50 rubles, 10 such monitors, not bad, not bad.
They have no sense of self-criticism at all, it's unpleasant. They proved to me that I was still guilty, yes, yes, I believe. In general, do not waste time on them, if you rent out old equipment, you are unlikely to get a good price.
I can advise you to buy used Apple equipment in the Loop, today I bought the coolest MacBook from them, I'll leave them a review too, they deserved it :)
P.S. I also remembered that they told me for 5 minutes that they say "up to 20", not "20". But when I offered to listen to the call, I was refused. Their answering machine said at the beginning that the call was being recorded. Most likely, they will remove it in order to somehow justify themselves, but it still won't work.
Or does 100nout buy have something to tell me? What was I wrong about?
P.P.S. I can also prove that I actually called and the call did not last half a minute. Added screenshots.
I wrote a review only today because I saw how you can run an honest business selling used equipment without deceiving people (read the warranty conditions of the Loop store)
